Beginning with some wonderful worship, Mr. A’s class of fifth- and sixth- graders hosted our chapel this morning. As part of our anticipation of Passover and Resurrection Sunday, they led the student body in a series of prayers. We began by hearing Dylan recite the Schema from Deuteronomy 6. Everyone responded to Mark’s reading from Psalm 18. After talking in small groups, students volunteered instances when they had been anxious or worried, prayed, and received comfort from the Lord. He is faithful to answer our prayers! Julian and Ariella read prayers meaningful to all of us. We finished with Adrian and Aryana leading us in the Lord’s Prayer. We anticipate this special time of Passover and Holy Week with faith to see the Lord continue to move in our lives.
